Granter, a Korean company specializing in AI-based corporate fund expenditure analysis, has secured seed investment from Strong Ventures, Octagon Venture Partners, and Primer Boost Fund. The investment amount has not been disclosed. Granter’s proprietary AI technology automates inefficient and repetitive analysis of corporate expenditures, enabling the consolidation and management of dispersed corporate assets.

Since its launch six months ago, Granter has provided its services to over 400 companies, with more than 4,000 corporate assets utilizing its AI-integrated expenditure analysis solutions. The service is particularly effective in automating inefficient processes in taxation/accounting, asset management, and expenditure analysis. This is especially beneficial in environments where small startups and self-employed individuals face difficulties in hiring professional corporate management staff.

Designed for ease of use by the average consumer, Granter’s service allows corporate individuals without specialized expertise to manage their operations conveniently. Currently, Granter is conducting a pilot test of a service that enables the issuance of electronic tax invoices in integration with HomeTax, aiming to offer a user-friendly corporate expenditure analysis service.

The team at Granter, led by CEO Lee Young-in, possesses expertise in artificial intelligence and big data service development. Drawing on their extensive experience in corporate service development, they introduce new services to the market every week. Following this round of investment, Granter plans to further enhance its AI analysis system and rapidly deploy new corporate services, including simplified tax invoice issuance. The company also intends to accelerate technological innovation and evolve its services to better reflect the needs of businesses.

Yoo Hye-rim, an analyst at Strong Ventures who led this investment round, stated, “In the growing domestic B2B SaaS market, Granter’s AI-based expenditure management solution significantly reduces the workload for CEOs and financial managers, while enhancing financial operation transparency. With their quick product development and adaptability to market shifts, Granter is a team poised for exciting future growth.”

CEO Lee Young-in of Granter commented, “Although the Korean business market is undergoing dynamic changes, there is still a significant issue of information asymmetry in corporate management. Granter aims to alleviate the challenges faced by businesses through its visually appealing and user-friendly services, designed from a consumer’s perspective.”
