This makes it the largest among Korean semiconductor startups.
Existing strategic investor KT, along with new strategic investors KT Cloud and Shinhan Venture Investment, participated in the round, along with international investors like Temasek’s Pavilion Capital from Singapore and, which previously invested in Series A. Other participants include Korea Development Bank(KDB), Noh & Partners, KB Securities, KB Investment, SV Investment, Mirae Asset Venture Investment, Mirae Asset Capital, IMM Investment, KT Investment, Seoul Techno Holdings, Oasis PE, Gyeongnam Venture Investment, and SDB Investment.
In this Series B round, Rebellions attracted diverse investments from global funds, positioning itself for significant international expansion. Rebellions CFO Shin Sung-gyu stated, “Despite a challenging investment environment, the significant 165 billion won investment reaffirms Rebellions’ strong position. This funding will serve as a robust foundation for expanding globally, accelerating planned business activities, and developing next-generation products swiftly.”
