Kakao’s Former CEO Namgung Hoon’s Aiz Entertainment Secures KRW 10 Billion Seed Investment
Aiz Entertainment (Aiz), a South Korean company specializing in developing entertainment content based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), has secured a seed investment of KRW 10 billion from BonAngels Venture Partners. Aiz is committed to creating a new culture of play for the AI era, utilizing AI to connect users with content that matches their interests, thereby forming fandoms and providing entertainment content that enables diverse interactions.
The investment was spearheaded by BonAngels Venture Partners, with its CEO, Song In-ae, stating, “Aiz is a team endowed with the necessary capabilities and expertise to establish a platform centered on AI content. We anticipate that Aiz will establish a unique presence in the AI industry.”
Namgung Hoon, CEO of Aiz, expressed, “Aiz aims to cultivate a fandom-centered entertainment culture with content tailored to user interests through AI technology, thereby delivering experiences that make AI more enjoyable. Given our team comprises experts from various sectors, including gaming, messaging, and artificial intelligence, we are poised to lead the AI market with our entertainment content.”
