Lattice Secures 2 Billion KRW Pre-Series A Funding for Prix Contract Solution
Reading Time: < 1 minuteLattice, a Korean company behind the all-in-one contract management solution ‘Prix,’ has secured a pre-Series A investment of 2 billion KRW. Ascendo Ventures led the investment, with SpringCamp and Dasung Ventures also participating.
Founded in 2023 by lawyer Kang Sang-won and developer Lee Jae-ha, Lattice recognized the need to support processes beyond attracting new customers, extending to post-contract management.
Through Prix, users can handle all contract-related processes from drafting quotations/proposals to electronic signing, major event management, and invoice issuance in a single platform. Since transitioning to paid services at the end of last year, Prix has experienced rapid growth alongside an increase in enterprise clients. Recent usage has shown monthly growth of more than double.
Yang Ju-young, a partner at Ascendo Ventures, stated, “We’ve confirmed that Lattice’s contract management solution effectively addresses the inefficiencies in Korean companies’ contract management. We anticipate that more companies will efficiently manage contracts through Prix.”
Kang Sang-won, CEO of Lattice, expressed plans to build trust with customers and provide quality service through this investment.
