Juleb, a SaaS startup from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, specializing in the pharmaceutical sector, offers a Pharmacy OS, an ERP system tailored for pharmacies. 

This comprehensive solution includes point of sale, inventory management, purchasing, forecasting, and business intelligence modules, enhancing pharmacy compliance, operations, and growth. Juleb’s strengths lie in its deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, integration of cutting-edge technologies, and optimization of intricate business processes. 

Currently serving 500 active pharmacies with over 1500 users, Juleb has successfully integrated with Saudi FDA Drug Trace and Track, e-commerce, and e-prescription systems. 

As a seed-stage startup, Juleb has received funding from Sanabil500, Propeller VC, and notable angel investors. 

The company’s participation in ComeUp 2023 is driven by the desire to explore new market expansion opportunities, engage in strategic collaborations, and connect with experts and investors in the South Korean startup ecosystem. 

Open to discussions with strategic investors and aiming to broaden its network, Juleb looks forward to leveraging its product to add value to pharmacy businesses and the overall pharmaceutical sector.

Q1. Please introduce your company and your product.

Juleb is a SaaS startup based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, serving the pharmaceutical sector.

Juleb’s product is a Pharmacy OS, a specialized ERP for pharmacies that includes point of sale, inventory management, purchasing, forecasting, business intelligence, and other modules to support pharmacy compliance, operations, and growth.

Q2. What are the key strengths of your product or service?

Juleb’s key strengths lie in its understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, utilization of new technologies, and optimization of complex business processes. As a company, we invest in UX/UI product experiences to help users grow their businesses.

Examples include improving prescription management in the system, the ability to integrate with other systems, and providing actionable insights for users through recommendations, reports, and dashboards.

Q3. What have been your achievements so far?

Today, we have 500 active pharmacies and more than 1500 users using the Juleb system. We have integrated with the Saudi FDA Drug Trace and Track, e-commerce, and e-prescription. We are a seed-stage startup that has received funding from Sanabil500, Propeller VC, and several notable angel investors. 

Q4. What motivated you to participate in ComeUp 2023?

Juleb participated in ComeUP 2023 as part of the Invest in Saudi and Monsha’at booth. Juleb is looking to assess new market expansion opportunities and discuss strategic collaborations. The Juleb product can add value to pharmacy businesses and the pharmaceutical sector.

Q5. What type of collaboration do you anticipate with the South Korean startup ecosystem?

Juleb is anticipating meeting pharmaceutical industry experts in the Korean market. Juleb is also open to discussions with strategic investors who are knowledgeable in the domain. Furthermore, as an international hub, we aim to connect with people from other countries to expand our network and explore potential business opportunities.
