LIVE X began with the beauty salon brand “Weneed” and is now operating “Salon. A” following its acquisition.

The company also runs professional training institutions for beauty professionals, such as “BOB Academy” and “Hair Camp,” and provides comprehensive beauty services that integrate IT technology. By moving beyond labor-intensive, basic services for hair designers, LIVE X has focused on branding and IP development. Since launching its first service in 2021, the company has experienced significant annual growth.

A representative from LIVE X stated, “This funding round reflects the market’s positive assessment of our rapid growth and innovative business model, achieved within just a year and a half of our founding and reaching operational profitability. With this investment, we plan to enhance our services, recruit talented individuals, and strengthen our position in the beauty market through international expansion and product development.”

Jungwoong Song, CEO of LIVE X, commented, “This investment has affirmed our achievements so far and our future direction. With the trust and support of many investors, we will continue to grow as a brand that delivers the best experience in the beauty industry.”
