Since its inception, QSIMPLUS has leveraged its extensive research and development experience in quantum technology. Notable achievements include being the first deep tech TIPS selection in the quantum sector and receiving CES Innovation Awards in both 2023 and 2024. The recent investment is expected to further accelerate the development of software and miniaturized chips, paving the way for QSIMPLUS to emerge as a global leader in quantum communication, particularly through the mass production of these miniaturized chips.

An industry investor remarked, “The decision to invest in QSIMPLUS was swift, influenced by the company’s impressive team and its solid R&D foundation in the complex field of quantum communication.” They further expressed confidence in QSIMPLUS’s growth, envisioning the company as a future global leader in quantum communication, starting with simulators and moving towards the development of specialized miniaturized chips.

Noh Kwang-seok, CEO of QSIMPLUS, said, “We aim to leap forward as a leading domestic and international company in both wired and wireless quantum communication by succeeding in developing quantum communication-specific software and miniaturized chips, which are expected to be the first to be commercialized in the field of quantum communication.” He also expressed his ambition, “Although Korea’s domestic technology in the quantum field is still lacking compared to overseas, I hope QSIMPLUS will become a global leading company in the field of quantum communication and grow into a company that leads the quantum industry in Korea.”
