Reading Time: 2 minutesThe Hyoosik, a South Korean comprehensive lodging solution company, has secured an investment from TS Investment.
Operating 130 small and boutique hotels in Korea, The Hyoosik provides a cloud-based SaaS subscription model to over 1,110 hotels. With integrated data from 150 lodging markets nationwide, The Hyoosik transforms underperforming accommodations into profitable content hotels using value assessment models and the Expected Sales Analysis System (ESAS). The company collaborates with property owners, agencies, and various institutions.
Particularly dominant in the approximately $20 billion small lodging market, The Hyoosik showcases overwhelming competitiveness with content hotel products in hotel PM, interior, operations, and cloud solutions. Expanding beyond the small lodging market, it has achieved remarkable success in the approximately $30 billion hospitality market, venturing into tourist hotels, residential lodgings, stays, building management, and premium camping businesses.
The Hyoosik’s subsidiaries, including data-based auction solution company UpValue and NPL Corporation established in 2023, have already achieved substantial revenue last year and have secured stable positions. The company, which has consistently achieved operating profits without a single instance of operational loss since its founding, anticipates a revenue exceeding $100 million this year.
TS Investment’s Senior Executive, Lee Dae-yeol, explained the investment background, emphasizing The Hyoosik’s leading position in the small hospitality market. He highlighted the company’s accumulation of integrated data, expertise across various aspects of the offline lodging industry value chains, and pioneering efforts in developing content hotel products. TS investment aims to support The Hyoosik’s paradigm shift in the industry and ensure stable growth.
