Returnall operates ‘Boomerang return,’ a service based on automation technology to enhance the return management process. This service integrates inspection center machine vision and smart factory systems, streamlining and economizing the return logistics process through consolidated shipping.
With the recent investment, Returnall intends to concentrate on enhancing return inspections with automation, reducing logistics costs via bundled shipping, and developing tailored return solutions for its clients. Despite being in its early stages, Returnall, founded by Daegun Yoon, who has extensive experience in business development, product planning, and logistics across various sectors, has heightened expectations for future logistics innovations.
The e-commerce industry, while expanding free shipping and returns to boost customer satisfaction, faces concerns over rising return logistics costs impacting profitability. Returnall is committed to addressing these challenges and maximizing the value of returned inventory.
An Sujin, the Team Leader at Laguna Investment who led this round of funding, commented, “Returnall has rapidly penetrated the market with its specialized inspection services amid growing demand for returns. Its substantial client base, even in its early stages, bodes well for future growth.”
Daegun Yoon, CEO of Returnall, remarked, “As the e-commerce market sees an uptick in demand for reverse logistics, we’ve quickly secured a second seed investment, recognizing the value of our efficient return solution. We will use this investment for AI-based return management research and development as well as to increase our brand visibility. Our aim is to enhance return efficiency throughout the e-commerce industry.”
