Sweep, a Korean shopping mall integrated management and ordering automation service, successfully completed a seed funding round totaling KRW 1 billion. BASS INVESTMENT and SpringCamp were the investors. Sweep optimizes the business process of exchanging orders between various sellers and suppliers, including open markets, through a streamlined interface, eliminating the need for traditional Excel spreadsheets.

The service allows for simultaneous collection of orders from multiple malls and integrates files from different vendors into a single file, simplifying order management and reducing reliance on manual processes. This is a significant improvement over other services that only collect orders, as it provides one-click, integrated order management.

Furthermore, Sweep is developing a settlement function to automatically generate sales data for each vendor in the shopping mall, enhancing accuracy and reducing the time and complexity involved in manual ordering processes.

Ahn Jae-gu from BASS INVESTMENT, who led the investment, praised Sweep’s quick adaptation and focus on customer experience in the e-commerce sector. He expressed their aim to help the company address the operational inefficiencies faced by e-commerce sellers through software solutions.

Choi Hong-gyu of Spring Camp commented on the entrepreneurial journey starting at their Spring Lounge, a space dedicated to early-stage entrepreneurs. He expressed enthusiasm for Sweep’s potential to rapidly innovate the e-commerce market and pledged continued support.

Hyun-il Yoon, CEO of Sweep, said, “E-commerce order management is a new problem that has emerged as the commerce market has reached maturity and the concepts of suppliers and consignment sellers have been separated, as can be seen in the trend of ‘making 50 million won as a smart store side business’ around 2017.” “By streamlining the previously inconvenient work method with just a few clicks, we will provide an experience 10 times better than before and innovate the market at a rapid pace,” he said.
