ZETCITI Secures Investment for Real-Time Pop-Up Map Platform PREZEM
Reading Time: < 1 minuteThe Korean company ZETCITI is developing PREZEM, a live map platform for real-time pop-ups and hotspots, and has recently secured investment from The Yoonmin Foundation. PREZEM offers features such as real-time Q&A and live updates on popup stores and hotspots, based on location. This service eliminates the barriers of time and space, allowing anyone to access the real-time status of a place without having to visit it in person.
ZETCITI is currently housed in the Pangyo Startup Zone, established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) and managed by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED) and the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (Gyeonggi CCEI).
The Yoonmin Foundation was established by Sohn Joo-eun, chairman of Megastudy, who contributed his personal funds to support the initiative. The foundation’s goal is to stimulate the startup ecosystem and identify creative and innovative youth startups, running investment projects like Goodstarter.
Kim Se-yeon, CEO of ZETCITI, expressed that PREZEM is poised to transform into a platform where users can access real-time information about any location of interest, anytime, beginning with popup store details.
