Mass Adoption Completes Pre-Series A Round for Its ‘VIRCLE’ Customer Management Solution

Mass Adoption, the Korean startup operating the customer management solution ‘VIRCLE‘, has successfully completed its pre-Series A funding round. JB Investment, MXN Commerce Korea, and CNTTech participated in this round, with the investment amount remaining undisclosed. The investment was reportedly attracted due to Mass Adoption’s teamwork and their ability to rapidly adapt in the ever-changing business environment.

Mass Adoption provides a B2B SaaS solution through ‘VIRCLE’, which allows brands to collect and communicate with their customer data. Depending on the brand’s sales mode, they offer a variety of digital templates, including warranties, memberships, and pop-up stores.

From the brand’s perspective, the solution eliminates the inefficiencies associated with manual issuance. It enables brands to collect customer data across various online and offline channels and securely store and manage it using blockchain technology (NFT).

Consumers can connect with brands via KakaoTalk and easily avail various additional services offered by the brands. Services that can be used during product repairs or second-hand transactions have been issued in excess of 300,000 cases.

In just 10 months after launching the service, VIRCLE achieved 100,000 customer connections and saw a threefold growth in the subsequent six months. They supply their solution to domestic fashion companies like LF, SK, Kolon, and Handsome, as well as brands that prioritize customer experience, such as SYSTEM, SATUR, DoD, and Peaches, and are experiencing rapid growth.

Kim Do-Hyung, the chief evaluator from JB Investment who participated in this investment round, stated, “In an era where customer experience is becoming crucial, I believe the market that connects brands and customers without being limited to various channels will grow even more.” He added, “We noticed VIRCLE, starting with digital warranties, seizing market opportunities, expanding its business domain, and solving problems with high execution.”
